DJ Kizzi is the new host of Saturday's 6-9pm on BBC Asian Network
DJ Kizzi is set to become the new host of Saturday evenings (6-9pm) on BBC Asian Network. Kizzi will takeover the show from Saturday April the 13th with the Panjabi Hit Squad leaving the slot and continuing on Fridays.
Kizzi says "I am so excited to be the new host for Saturday Nights on BBC Asian Network. It feels so surreal as it’s always been a dream of mine and I’m so grateful for the opportunity. I’ll be bringing the Kizzi flavour to your Saturdays with a whole lot of energy and of course, the best music!"

DJ Kizzi has just been announced on the line-up to play at BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend in Luton. Kizzi will be DJing on the Dance Stage on Sunday May 26th alongside R1's Charlie Hedges, Danny Howard and Sarah Story.
Coldplay will headline on the Sunday of this year's festival. The band will play the main stage, in Stockwood Park. They join record-breaking Brit Award winner Raye and Chase & Status as headliners across the three-day event.
There are 100,000 tickets available for 2024's Big Weekend, with a portion of those reserved for people from Luton and the surrounding area. Weekend tickets for 2024 will cost £29.50, plus a £4.50 booking fee per ticket.

Jasmine Takhar and Nayha are set to host the Dance Inspirations Express Yourself Tour 2024. The event will run from March until June across the UK. Nayha will be joined for part of the tour by Jemma McCarthy.
The first half of the tour will run for Spring and then return in the Autumn for the final half.

Fee Mak has been announced as the main stage host for the UK's biggest dance show 'Move It'. The event returns to London's Excel arena from March the 15th to the 17th.

Jasmine Takhar is set to host the first-ever Official British Asian Chart Show on BBC Asian Network. It will celebrate the best of British Asian music, with a one-hour rundown of the top 20 biggest tracks - as compiled by the Official Charts Company based on sales and streams across the UK. The show will be on Thursdays from 9pm to 10pm and launches on the 18th of April.

DJ Davda has been given a new show on KISS which will start this Sunday night.
Davda will be hosting the all new KISS Dancehall Show. It will broadcast on Sunday's, 11pm-1am nationwide on KISS, online and on the KISS Cube app.

Presenters from Westside Talent have hosted events across the country on the BBC Bitesize schools tour. Produced by BBC Children’s and Education, the tour is designed to inspire young people to achieve their goals and help realise their ambitions.

The tour finals will take place across the weekend of January 26 to 28 at VIVA in Blackpool.

DJ Kizzi will be taking over Radio 1's Soundsystem Party on BBC Radio 1 this Christmas for a special edition of the show featuring non stop anthems.
Kizzi, who has hosted shows on BBC Asian Network takes over on the show on Saturday 30th December from 7pm to 9pm.
